If you're not satisfied with your FOLLOW membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to weekly, monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. You can also contact us at support@followtrades.live and we'll help.
After a refund
Once a refund is issued, your membership ends and members-only pages lock again. Refunds go back to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from "Manage membership". Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
